The Importance of Anti-Cd-20 Monoclonal Antibody in Humans
The use of an anti-CD-20 monoclonal antibody in lab mice was shown to expand regulatory tissues. So it could be used for people with auto-immunity or for inflammation. And actually when they try that in humans, it was a disaster in the sense that it resulted in cytokine storm in every patient that got it in the phase one trial. These kinds of things are probably closer to the human situation.
