With good talent, it should be a sale, right? Because they should be able to be picky. Getting the consistency down is really what gets you from one off hires to having a consistent hiring process. I always have to be lead generating and then you need to sort of take that same pattern and apply it to recruiting. That's where I've been stuck and that's just the challenge. Like until I can figure out what it is in me or find the right person that can do that for me.
