How to Reach Out to SDRs

SDRs are responsible for saying, hey, if we've got a closed loss at this account 18 months ago, it's probably worth reaching out to them again. What they're looking for is from an actual outreach perspective, super soft messaging. Think of like a user gems type of use case. Those are gold. They don't happen all the time, but we'll look for it. We work more or less in advertising business. So even if there's a good ad that I saw on TV, we can use that as a signal.
