With white belts, you have to kind of come to terms with the fact that because this is so new, they can wind up going into fight or flight without realizing it. And if that's happening with some one who's more senior, especially at eight or nine years experience, that's actually kind of tragic. Sometimes i'd rather put some of the older guys that are starting out gits with sort of a younger blue or purple belt that cotof understands that if he accidently gets elbow, doesn't get pissed off and go after him. But he's cat of sturdy, they can take it and help this guy develop yo lity and smoothness. That might be a better
