A lot of us don't really know what bold action even is. For instance, you're at a job site somewhere and there's some kind of an emergency. And people will sit around and wait for to be told what to do. But they won't take that bold action because they haven't been trained. They haven't lived in a culture where taking bold action is rewarded.
