The Limits of Social Policy
There's some evidence that perhaps a lot of telecommuting during the pandemic raised for a great because there was a slight bump up in birth rates again in 2021. And I'm not saying that those things aren't worth doing for sure. So, you know, tons of little things that we can do that I think could make a difference at the margins. But none of them is panacea or not even altogether are they really going to effectively do much.
