Real estate is a very polarizing topic. You have people on one side that feel very strongly about it, then you have a lot of people on the other side that feelvery strongly about it. Real estate as an asa class, i i won't deny, and i can't deny, has had good returns as a whole. But because we're using leverage, if you get returns at are ok, it can still work out really, really well. If someone wants to pick five stocks and hope for a good outcome, fine, i don't think that's a good idea. With real estate, that's really, really hard to do.
