Remote Work Will Change How People View Different Workplaces

Remote work was one of these defining changes that will inevitably impact how people view different work places. I think almost like personalizing benefits based on what people want, instead of paternalistically deciding the ways in which people may want to live,. could be an interesting differentiator for companies that are able to do that. And i just wonder what the quote perks will be in the next decade or two, as this has fundamentally changed, in my opinion.
