The Importance of Specificity in the North American Free Trade Agreement
Trump recently signed the letters are USMCA, USCMA, US Canada, Mexico. It's a horrible acronym. This is to replace NAFTA, which everybody can remember. But I'm here to tell you, none of us knew what was included in that trade deal with any amount of specificity. The people who wrote it didn't know what was in it.
