Recommendations related to policing in the criminal justice system, recommended court reforms. Included plans to administer justice during riots and other em gencies. The report also made a lot of recommendations that were related to policing itself. To quote from the report, the police are not merely a spark factor to some negroes. Police have come to symbolize white power, white raceism and white repress.
