The Drunken Waiter Sign
The drunken waiter sign is best seen on an axial like a hair axial view of the calcaneus or you can look at it in CT as well. The subtaler joint is supposed to be nice and flat but there's an area where it's angled downwards or it's sloped downwards so they call it a drunken waiter sign.
