How to Balance Work and Family

Jenna: How do you manage family and be able to invest 10 years of your life on the same project? Jana: I'm lucky because my sister my sister's life is more crazy than mine. She has two kids and she is five. We both run companies and her company is even bigger. And so for CEOs who are traveling all the time, you're missing like it's not functioning well then. The most important thing like my company is also my child.
