The Importance of Proper Dosage
If I'm giving IM ketamine, then I don't give an IM dose of benzodiazepines. That's just making the whole thing too messy. If it's IV or IO, then I'll give a dose of medaz beforehand. But it won't be a sedative dose. Like literally it's just there to offset dysphoria and may have an anti-ametic benefit to. So yeah, what I'm saying is based on limited evidence, just huge amounts of experience but equally experienced colleagues will have a different view. Yeah, no, I appreciate that.
