In All Their Afliction I Was Afflicted
In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them in his love and in his pity. There's that language again, to bear, to carry, there's a mother's love. In verse 14 and 15, as a beast goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord caused him to rest. That is the natural draw, right? The spirit of the Lord really does want us to rest if we'll just yield to its enticings. If you're looking, if you're seeing us suffering here, then behold from the habitation of thy holiness. But in God's zeal and his strength, let your bowels be filled
