The Chai Walus, Yeah, That's Right.

The reason we eat food is about energy. Everything starts with energy. And if the cost of energy is going up, means the cost of life's going up. I've been to India a couple of times. One of the most fascinating things in India was thousands of little Bunsen burners and they're burning the chai walus. You just forget that that even that is going on all the time. There's absolutely no gen reflection to climb change. No sense of anything other than the immediate need of that minute.
