The Difference Between an MLM and a Pyramid Scheme

The government protects MLMs through a loophole, which basically says if you can prove that you're selling more product than you are in the emphasis on recruiting people, then it's an MLM and that's not illegal. Lulu-Roe has a really ridiculously ridiculous arbitration clause that was in their contract that literally nobody read. Becca is the one that knows everything about those lawsuits.
