What Are People Doing When They Send Emails?
If you're sending at 7 a.m. EST, there's no shot people in the West Coast are gonna get that because by the time they wake up, it's buried. For Cyber Week, which is this week, majority of the sales come after 4 or 5 p.m. Eastern due to people going home and checking emails. Think about what your customer is doing or the recipient of that email is doing. Try not to let them get buried and try to send it at a time where they'd be looking at email and make a purchase.
