Is the Emperor Neros a Known Idiot?

Emperor nero wanted to compete in the ancient greek olympics. He made up a rule that certain games you could only take part in if you were an emperor. In fact, miraculously, he won every single event he entered. And what happened, michael? You thing? He was competing the chariot race, som he didn't win, but because sort of fell off. But he was declared the winner because, as we all know, if he hadn't fallen off, he would have won.
