Nellie quander was one of the first presidents, and she went onto do incredible education reform in washington. She would raise money for black people in mississippi in the midst of a famine. Thei're mothers, their grandfathers, their great grandparents were a part of this organization. Theirare reunions, there are, you know, huge a conferences that take place. And it is such an intense network that this is how people not just get their jobs afterwards, but really find their communities when they go to live anywhere,. pretty much anywhere in the world.
