The Progression of the Club

Every year our Academy intake seems to get stronger and stronger. It's been tough as you say to lose some of these boys over the years. I like to think that we're getting past that point a little bit now because of the way that the team has performed over the last couple of seasons. There's more appetite now for these guys to stay in the environment. They've realized that this is an ambitious club and we're pushing all the way on all fronts to try and win some silverware. To get these guys in the shop window for international rugby, which is also what all players want.
