The next iteration of the consensus statement, well first I really hope that we end up with a guidelines in the Americas because that is falling very far behind. Lars identified acetone and gene related peptide, a key transmitter in the trigeminal pain pathway, selectively released during migraine attacks. This recognition has led to novel therapeutics that block the CGRP pathway and is used widely by many of our patients.
