John Avlon: I don't think that we have any sense that there was a stolen election in the traditional sense. There were things that we saw throughout the election process that maybe would have cast out on a few polling places or a few batches of ballots. This is a government that is so up to its neck in bad practice and bad governance and corruption. And yet he just pulled this off.
