The Benefits of Meditation

The main benefit of meditation seems to be that there's a syncranization in our brain. And so when we sit down, we meditate, and wer for focusing, or were in awareness, or witness awareness, or compassion, or gratitude, or whatever. So those, all those states, they start to create this unified e brain wave movement. That tends to also set a number of cascades of of neur transmitters,. particularly dopemine and seratonan as well.
