Introduction

I was doing heavy meditation in Thailand and stuff like 13 hours a day and added with a lack of food. No one spoke English. I was 13 hours, seven hours sitting, six hours walking. Anytime any bell rang or gong went off because Buddhists don't believe in killing anything. All the mongrel dogs and the cats live at the temples. So people who have animals, they just give them to the temple. And these dogs and cats would go freaking off every time the bell would ring. Not happily.
