Soyo: As an organization, we need to get better at teaching people to look at the why. The catalogue is the centre of that whole world - our report metric names catalogued in it all the dimensions from reporting to underlying data. But there's never going to be a common language across the whole company, right? Different departments are going to call the same name for two different things. So if they can find the meaning that they need at the time that they need it, then all that bridges that gap, right? And i think this is something that we need to start thinking about more.
