Get a Feel for Something

When you try to get a feel for something, it means you're doing something that's new to you. The second phrase I wanted to teach you today is the phrase to feel like a million bucks. This is just one way that we describe when we're feeling energetic or well rested. We've been getting quite a bit of rain, so I'm kind of surprised that it's not a torrent of water right now. When it rains this much though, often that rain just goes into the ground.
