Is It a Damn World?

We just don't know where the limits are, do we? I mean, when you say three %, you're guessing, right? But can't draw on anything except an instinctive feeling for what markets, or even voters, will put up with. Voters don't have memories of much going back before two thousand and eigt sayswell, i think three % is really on the optimistic side. Fo, and that means it is a damn world, it is. And what we've lived through, particularly since two thousand and eight, is relatively speaking, unprecedented.
