You're going to see people at the gym who are too skinny that are skinnier than they want to be whatever body frame you have. People look for excuses everywhere right so yeah there's tons of options out there and don't just get one trainer one time or put your hands up and be like i can't believe it that trainer but again this goes back to following through. You should feel good about yourself and say 'i'm happy with myself', she says.
