Black Workers Are More Discriminated Than Non Black Workers
A common narrative was black workers being taunted by racial slurs and then baited into verbal and physical confrontations, where they in turn were the ones disciplined for being purpertedly aggressive or threatening. One worker observed hang nigger penned next to a drawing of a noose in the brakroom restaurant. His worker also saw all monkeys work outside and falk niggers on the brakeroom wall. Some black worker even resigned during investigations because they did not have confidence that defendant's human resources department would be fair and unbiased. And this led to discrimination their assignment, their compensation, their discipline, their promotion, their termination, a constructive discharge.
