QJS is a mobile app that allows communities to map their own land. It was developed by the team behind ArcMap, an online GIS tool used in many developing countries. They found it difficult for people to learn how to use existing tools like QGIS or ArcMap. This led them to build apps that are easy to use and work offline without relying on internet connection.
