Sensing or perceiving either one of the above those are bodily actions. The recognition that's a tree was done by the eye. So my act of sensing is thoroughly situated. It seems that the bodily nature and that perspective is participating in the action, rather than just producing an effect and then my act of perceiving is something else. That really only makes sense.
