How to Encourage Yourself to Speak Up
I think that's a real, a real issue. It's an issue within professions. Then hierarchies can be difficult for juniors to be that they should speak up unless they're encouraged. They can also be difficult for people who feel sort of imposter syndrome and things like that. And often the people who are least confident to speak up have the most sitter used to share. If they're not encouraged, then that creates situations where we see harm come into patients and risks being manifested. I think it's nice to say to people, you know, to encourage them to have more confidence in their views. But it's not the whole answer.
