How Can We Measure Our Capacity?
If we want to know people's capacities, people's true ability to do things, we need to offer them as much support as they need. We're measuring what they can do under particular kinds of restrictions. There's historic examples of this sort of testing being used an ways that basically ruins children's lives. And it's tied up in even e're taking tests for fun now,. It's part of that same trajectory and history, in a way.
