The China India Power Balance

There are many factors involved. One is the border issue intrinsic part of the China India power balance. The Chinese insecurity is over Tibet. Then there is Chinese insecurity about India's relationship with the United States. This relationship where the two countries consider themselves adversaries suits the Chinese. And we also are not very clear in our minds what kind of a relationship we would want with China.
