The Urban Regeneration of Cities in the United States

In the fifties and sixties, cities were cordoned off into different areas. The idea was to get everything organized in the city reduce some of this chaos that existed. What really happened was the opposite, things fell apart. It turned out that by funneling the vast majority of people into different sections town at specific times a day, that just created a hot bed for crime.
