The Rise of Organized Crimes
The East Coast grocery store giant said that organized theft has increased exponentially over the past two years. These organized criminal rings are operating almost exclusively in cities led by Democrat mayors. Democrats have embraced a new type of policing for these types of crimes, and it's called restorative justice. The concept is that you reduce or eliminate penalties for crimes, and instead you get criminals to understand that crime is bad.
