Gaslighting - A Trigger Warning

Annie and Bridget talk about gaslighting, which is a form of mental and emotional abuse. It's almost impossible to not look back on your prior relationships or family relationships as the person who filled you with self-doubt. And for me, when I learned what this is, there's someone in my family who's really good at this.
