How to Cope With Your Awkwardness

I feel like every three to four years At least I will have like a complete life overhaul. Have 180 my personality several times throughout grade school and elementary school and high school and college Lesser. Yeah The way I see it is like those personalities already existed I'm just accentuating some and downplaying others because I think I used to be way more awkward in like middle school But I still think I'm kind of awkward like I've just developed skills to like cope with my awkwardness.
