How the Plex Web App Works
The Plex Web App works in your web browser. It downloads the code to the browser and then runs it locally. If you can't access or the Web URL is blocked by an ad blocker, it just can't download the code and you can't run it. Because of this, it could affect things running a web app on a TV,. For example, might suffer the same fate.
