Shredair: This is a case where a careful review of the imaging and a careful review with neuroradiology would be very helpful. I'm going to go with either demilating, or if that's unlikely, and we don't see any other lesions in the spine or anything like that,. Shredair: A lymphoma would be something I would definitely consider with her night sweats for a year and with these two lesions. But demilating is what I'm leaning towards.
