I found that the best product managers, I've worked with some great ones at Credit Karma that didn't exercise and said, okay, well, what does it feel like to be unbanked? Just actually going through the steps to realize like what it's like. That is kind of like customer obsessed, right? Because it's like I have that empathy, I've developed that empathy. And as I've grown as a PM and be working in the tech space, I finally need to build these little milestones that help you validate.
