How to Evaluate the Creditworthiness of a Customer
Flowway has a company in its portfolio, Auto Capital, which does two-wheeler leasing. The ability to estimate what it's going to be worth is not something banks are comfortable with. When auto as we know has the ability to go and retrieve the vehicle or to sell it, etc., the right offs and NPAs just become smaller. And when that happens, your ability to lend also increases from the bank's perspective because now they're seeing a better return on the investment they can lend more, etc.
