God's Answer to Habakkuk

In Habakkuk, God tells a man that all of the earth includes him. He says it would be inappropriate for you to continue to be angry with me because I am in my holy temple and I have given you my answer. The silence is not people choosing to be silent, but that God will silence all of those who are going against him.
