Is There a Relationship Between You and Your Mentors?
I think that when I was in corporate America so many things were coming to me at the same time you're not really taught to set yourself up for success. What are the types of relationships that people need to surround themselves with professionally? You should always be looking internal and external whether you're looking to move in your company or go externally later. We obviously need peers the people who are around us who help us mobilize projects. The folks who can give you the in the moment feedback they've been there they've done that. And then I always say that we need a sponsors and that's the hot conversation now Sponsors have the power to bring you from where you are to where you rightfully belong
