Dr. Craig: It's not clear to me that saying that God is tri-personal implies that we have three substances. He says Jesus for us is a man, a human person who is God's unique Son and Messiah. The pattern of worship in the New Testament better fits Dr. Tuggy's view than what I think it does, he says. In John 17, one through three, Jesus, praise to the Father and calls him the only true God.
