In both the cases with San Bruno, as well as what issues were ultimately discovered on electric transmission, there were very, very clear pressures from the top to reduce expenses. And so then it accrues into something that's much larger than them and the individual decision that they made. So this is, I think one thing that is, um, in terms of those who are closest and who were most involved in some of the really poor decision making.
