The Importance of Ecosystems in Digital Transformation

Gartner recently did a survey where 63% of CEOs said that they're going to change their business models to focus on growth through ecosystems. McKinsey says 30% of business revenues, they expect about $60 trillion to come from business ecosystem-driven strategies. What are some of the new problems that CEOs will face in the next two years? I would say caring, adaptable, smart, and collaborative.
