You don't need too much knowledge for habits to build a good habit. Don't get lost in the knowledge. I think people will they focus on the knowledge because it's easy. It doesn't require much effort. And we have to take action to make habits. We want knowledge, but you don't needToo much knowledge is not as important as skill. You do need to learn the actual skill, the technique. So that's the ability, that's the skill.
