Caring About What People Think

i wondered if you could speak to the notion of caring what people think about you. i realized all these people are telling me to shake it, to not care, to, you know, not give an thand go and be you. But here's the caviot, you cannot let it dictate how you show up to authentically you. And so now i am like, literally considering not wearing my frickers because some one made a comment that is how in that moment,  I really appreciate it.
