The Art of Getting Better at These Trades
Trading is something that you've really tried to develop and improve on. What have you intentionally done to get better at these trades? I think a lot of what the literature tells us is you really want to have deliberate practice, deliberate reflection, and systematically go about each part of the job building raps. i'm one of those people where with my trainees, it's not about just your time at the seat, time in the seat counts but we want to be as productive as possible.
